DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT
This Dumpster Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on _______, by and
between Synergy Enviro and Customer _____________________.
1. Rental Period
The rental period for the dumpster shall commence on the delivery date and end on pick up date. Any extension of the Rental Period must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
2. Rental Fee
The rental fee for a 20 yard dumpster is $500 for the initial 3 days . Additional days are billed at $18 per Day.Payment is due before delivery of the dumpster.
The rental fee for a 30 yard dumpster is $550 for the initial 3 days . Additional days are billed at $18 per Day. Payment is due before delivery of the dumpster.
3. Delivery and Pickup
Synergy Enviro agrees to deliver the dumpster to the Customer’s specified location as part of the dumpster Rental Fee. Additional fees may apply if the Customer requests delivery or pickup outside of normal business hours.
4. Use of Dumpster
The Customer agrees to use the dumpster for lawful purposes only. The following items are prohibited from being placed in the dumpster:
– Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, flammable liquids)
– Tires
– Batteries
– Paints
– Electronics (e.g., TVs, computers)
– Any other items prohibited by local, provincial, or federal laws
5. Waste Material
Synergy Enviro offers dumpster rentals for the following waste streams Construction and Demolition Debris( Debris generated during construction, renovation and demolition of buildings) and General Waste ( Includes materials that do not belong in compost or recycling streams). Recycling and Compost are not permitted in either C & D or Waste Streams. Dumpsters are available for other waste streams but additional fees will be incurred.
6. Load Limit
20 and 30 Yard Dumpster Rentals include up to 2 ton of disposal material. Exceeding this limit will incur an additional fee of $150 per ton over the limit.
7. Customer Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the dumpster is not overloaded and that materials do not extend beyond the top edges of the dumpster. The Customer must ensure the area where the dumpster will be placed is accessible and free of obstructions.
8. Fees
Customer payment information will be kept on file and secure for the term of the rental agreement for payment of additional charges i.e. additional rental days and additional material weight
10. Damage and Liability
The Customer is responsible for any damage to the dumpster beyond normal wear and tear.
The Customer shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Customer’s use of the dumpster.
11. Termination
Synergy Enviro reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time if the Customer violates any terms of this Agreement. In the event of termination, the Customer shall pay any outstanding fees and arrange for the immediate return of the dumpster.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of PEI.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral. Customer Name-
